We put a lot of love into furnishing our guest room and holiday apartments. What we really wanted was to offer our guests a cosy home from home – one we would love to live in ourselves.
The Obm apartment
60 m², sleeps up to 4 people
In South Tyrolean dialect, “Obm” is how we say “upstairs”. That’s exactly where this apartment is: on the first floor, from where it enjoys a beautiful view of the apple orchards.

The Untn apartment
70 m², sleeps 4-6 people
We called this apartment “Untn” (which means “below” in South Tyrolean dialect) because it’s located on the ground floor. It’s barrier-free and enjoys direct access to the garden.

The Entn guest room
17 m² sleeps up to 2 people
“Entn”, meaning “over there” in our dialect, is the name of our guest room, which is on the ground floor and can be interconnected with the Untn apartment.

- Direct access to the garden

- Prices are per night and apartment/room and are based on two persons per day. Each additional person is charged €25 per day.
- The minimum stay is 3 nights. Stays shorter than this are subject to a one-time surcharge of €30 per apartment/room.
- Children up to 2.99 years stay free of charge.
- Children from 2.99 to 13.99 years are charged €10 per night.
- A surcharge of €10 per day applies for pets.
